A proper AMC covers scheduled inspections of all contracted systems — alarms, hydrants, extinguishers, emergency lighting and escape routes — with written reports, minor on-visit repairs, priority emergency callouts between visits, and compliance records such as service tags and pump-room readings. Spares and major repairs are quoted separately and transparently.
Extinguishers should be visually inspected at least monthly by your staff, professionally inspected at least yearly, and pressure-tested/refilled on the schedule printed on their service tag (commonly every 2–6 years depending on type). We include this schedule in every installation and AMC plan so nothing expires unnoticed.
Costs depend on the building size, hazard profile and systems required. A small office floor with alarms and extinguishers is a different budget from a warehouse with hydrants and sprinklers. We provide a fixed, itemised quote after a free site visit — call 0305-9676306 and we will schedule it.
We are based in H-3 Johar Town and cover all of Lahore — Gulberg, DHA, Bahria Town, Model Town, Cantt, Johar Town, industrial estates on Tricity and Wagah Road, and Airport Road. Projects elsewhere in Punjab are handled on request.
Our 24/7 line connects you to an on-call engineer. Response time depends on your location within Lahore and traffic conditions — for buildings on an AMC, emergency callouts carry priority over standard bookings.
Yes. Participants in our fire fighting, warden and alarm-monitoring programs receive completion certificates, and drill facilitation ends with a written drill report your building can keep for compliance records.
Yes. We routinely install and upgrade systems in working offices, hotels and clinics — scheduling cabling, drilling and detector fitting around your operating hours, usually with minimal noise and no loss of coverage on completed zones.
A structured walkthrough and technical review of detection, suppression, escape and prevention across the site. You receive a risk-ranked report — immediate, short-term and planned items — with specific corrective actions and cost guidance for each.
In many cases, yes. Older buildings often have risers that need re-piping, new valve assemblies or pump-room upgrades rather than a full rebuild. We survey first and design the least disruptive route to a compliant, working system.
The appropriate extinguisher depends on the fire hazards, electrical equipment and cooking arrangements at your premises. Ask a qualified fire-safety professional to assess the site and specify the types, capacity and placement. Never use water on energized electrical equipment or burning cooking oil.
