These terms apply to enquiries made through the Quick Fire Safety CO website and to the supply, installation, maintenance and training services we provide in Pakistan. By submitting an enquiry or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Website prices are indicative starting points only. A binding price exists only when we provide a written quote and you accept it in writing. Quotes state their assumptions (building size, access, scope) and remain valid for the period written on the quote.

If a site survey reveals conditions materially different from those described to us, we will agree any price adjustment with you before the affected work proceeds.

We supply equipment from recognised manufacturers. Installation is carried out by our trained technicians and is limited to the scope written in your accepted quote. Where work requires coordination with utilities, authorities or other contractors, that coordination is scheduled by mutual agreement.

The client is responsible for safe site access, and for any structural or civil work required to make our systems functional.

AMC obligations are defined in the individual AMC agreement: covered systems, visit frequency, and exclusions. Emergency callouts under an AMC receive priority scheduling. Work outside the contracted scope (new systems, major repairs, damage caused by misuse) is quoted separately.

Training programs are delivered at the agreed location and time. The client is responsible for the attendance, safety and suitability of the trainees it nominates. Completion certificates are issued to participants who complete the program.

Fire safety systems significantly reduce risk; no system can be guaranteed against every possible event. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the relevant contract, save where liability cannot be lawfully limited. Each party is responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable to its own premises and operations.

Payment terms are stated on each quote or agreement. If a scheduled visit or program is cancelled by the client within 24 hours, we may charge a reasonable rescheduling fee, which we will confirm before applying it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall first be sought to be resolved by discussion between the parties, failing which they fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
