2. Do you provide free site survey and quotation?
Yes! We provide free site survey and quotation for all new projects. Our expert will visit your premises, assess the requirements, and give you the best possible solution.
3. How often should fire safety equipment be serviced?
We recommend servicing fire extinguishers every 6 months to 1 year and complete fire system inspection at least once a year (preferably quarterly for high-risk buildings).
4. Do you offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)?
Yes, we offer flexible AMC packages (Quarterly, Half-yearly & Yearly). Regular maintenance ensures your system remains fully functional and compliant.
5. Are your products and services approved by Civil Defence?
Yes. All our products and installations comply with Civil Defence and international standards (ISO, UL, LPCB).
6. What areas do you serve?
We mainly serve Lahore and surrounding cities (Kasur, Sheikhupura, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, etc.). We also provide services across Pakistan through our network.
7. How long does installation take?
Installation time depends on the size of the project. Small offices can be completed in 2–4 days, while large industrial projects may take 2–4 weeks.
8. Do you provide fire safety training?
Yes. We conduct practical fire safety training and drills for offices, factories, schools, and hospitals. Training includes hands-on fire extinguisher use and evacuation procedures.
9. What is the warranty on your products?
Most of our fire safety equipment comes with 1 to 5 years manufacturer warranty. We also provide warranty on our installation work.
10. How quickly can you respond in case of emergency?
We offer 24/7 emergency support. Our team tries to reach your location as quickly as possible in case of any fire safety system failure.
